The artist Oliver Croy discovered 387 small architectural designs in a junk shop ? all packed very neatly into rubbish bags. He found out that they were from the late Viennese insurance officer Peter Fritz?s estate. Together with the architectural critic Oliver Elser, he brought the ?Fritz research? into being.
