The artist, who was born in Catania in 1965, lives and works in Florence and teaches in Bologna. In both the exhibition and the book, the artist reflected the fundamental and defining impressions of his native area at the foot of Mt. Etna, whose lava eruptions cause pending disaster to be directly felt.
